Die Gästekarte für deinen Südtirol-Urlaub liegt in allen teilnehmenden Unterkünften für dich bereit – gültig vom Ankommen bis zum Abschied. Kein Extra, kein Aufwand. Nur ein Gefühl von Freiheit, das sich ganz selbstverständlich einstellt.

Mit der Karte öffnet sich Brixen Stück für Stück. Museen, die Geschichten erzählen. Schwimmbäder, in denen der Tag leichter wird. Bergbahnen, die neue Blickpunkte ermöglichen. Und dazwischen: das gesamte öffentliche Verkehrsnetz Südtirols. Busse, Züge, Wege – alles verbunden, alles inklusive. Mobilität wird hier nicht zum Thema, sondern zur Selbstverständlichkeit.

In Südtirol gibt es außerdem den Südtirol Guest Pass Mobilcard, die ausschließlich die Mobilität beinhaltet.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Private parking is available, although not directly at the accommodation, as it is located in a traffic-calmed zone. The garage is a 2-minute walk away and costs €18 per day.

Please let us know when booking if you require a parking space so we can reserve one for you.

• Final cleaning is included in the price, provided the apartment is left in a tidy condition. Otherwise, any additional cleaning effort will be charged separately.
• An additional thorough mid-stay cleaning is available on request for an extra charge.

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
