Our apartments combine the authenticity of historic architecture with contemporary, high-quality living. Open-plan layouts, playful lines, refined materials and carefully selected details—such as hand-blown designer lighting—create spaces that feel both calming and inspiring.
Each apartment is thoughtfully designed for a maximum of two guests—ideal for couples, solo travellers and individualists who value privacy, design and quality. Whether it’s a spacious room with a bay window, an open-plan apartment with a terrace or a living space beneath historic vaulted ceilings, each one has its own distinct character.
What they all share: space, tranquillity and quality.
As a listed historic building, we deliberately chose not to install air conditioning. The thick historic walls naturally maintain a pleasantly cool indoor climate even on warm days, enhancing a sense of natural comfort in a truly unique way.

Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass

Die Gästekarte für deinen Südtirol-Urlaub liegt in allen teilnehmenden Unterkünften für dich bereit – gültig vom Ankommen bis zum Abschied. Kein Extra, kein Aufwand. Nur ein Gefühl von Freiheit, das sich ganz selbstverständlich einstellt.
Mit der Karte öffnet sich Brixen Stück für Stück. Museen, die Geschichten erzählen. Schwimmbäder, in denen der Tag leichter wird. Bergbahnen, die neue Blickpunkte ermöglichen. Und dazwischen: das gesamte öffentliche Verkehrsnetz Südtirols. Busse, Züge, Wege – alles verbunden, alles inklusive. Mobilität wird hier nicht zum Thema, sondern zur Selbstverständlichkeit.
In Südtirol gibt es außerdem den Südtirol Guest Pass Mobilcard, die ausschließlich die Mobilität beinhaltet.

Cancellation Policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
Wellness area
We do not offer a private wellness area. Instead, our guests enjoy complimentary access to the nearby Aquarena, just an 8-minute walk away.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
- No parties or events
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments; it is allowed in outdoor areas.

General Information
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
